Best Practices for Safe Transactions

Ask for ID or social media profiles before handing over parcels. Check their post history and reviews on our platform.

Use WhatsApp to agree on all terms — fees, meeting point, delivery timeline, and parcel contents — before meeting.

Always meet at the airport or a well-lit public location. Never invite strangers to your home for parcel exchange.

Agree on payment terms upfront. Use traceable payment methods and avoid cash for large transactions when possible.

If you're receiving a parcel, inspect the contents before accepting. Report any damage or suspicious items immediately.

Don't share sensitive personal details like your home address, bank info, or ID documents until you've verified the other party.

The following items are strictly prohibited on FlyToCarry. Violating these rules may result in account suspension.

Weapons, firearms, ammunition

Illegal drugs or narcotics

Hazardous materials (chemicals, explosives)

Stolen goods or counterfeit items

Live animals or perishable food

Cash or negotiable instruments

Pornographic or obscene materials

Report any suspicious activity, listings, or users. We review every report within 24 hours.
