By accessing or using FlyToCarry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. User Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for the items they agree to carry. Senders must accurately describe their parcels including contents, weight, and dimensions. Both parties must comply with all applicable laws and customs regulations.
3. Platform Role
FlyToCarry acts as a facilitator connecting travelers and senders. We do not guarantee delivery, parcel condition, or the conduct of any user. All transactions are between the traveler and sender directly.
4. Prohibited Items
Users must not send or carry illegal items, weapons, hazardous materials, stolen goods, counterfeit products, or any items prohibited by law or airline regulations.
5. Membership & Payments
Membership plans provide access to contact unlock features. Payments are processed securely. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
FlyToCarry is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or dispute between users. Users agree to indemnify FlyToCarry against any claims arising from their use of the platform.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive repeated reports from other users.
